Sierra Del Rio Golf at Turtle Back Mountain Resort represents the crown jewel in the PreRealTM Investments portfolio. This unique 1,040 acre and fully approved and master planned golf and resort community is located in the heart of Sierra County, in southern New Mexico. SDR at TBMR is home to the 18-hole championship golf course featuring a stunning 3 level club house, bar, restaurant, catering facilities and pro shop. The facility is framed by spectacular mountain views and is regarded as one of the most picturesque golf courses in the state.

After its initial launch, SDR had seen upwards of 18,000 rounds of golf played annually even though only a fraction of the surrounding development was built and there was no complimentary hospitality on site.
