James Prendamano, a pioneering figure in the real estate industry, spearheads PreReal™ Prendamano Real Estate, a prestigious New York-based brokerage firm. His strategic acumen led to the inception of PreReal™ Investments, a subsidiary offering investors a comprehensive platform for diverse real estate ventures. Specializing in residential, commercial and raw land investments, the firm strategically focuses on opportunities, including Sierra County, New Mexico, renowned for its attractions such as Elephant Butte Lake and the healing hot springs of Truth or Consequences.

David Berman

Dave Berman embarked on his construction and real estate journey in Washington DC in 1988 after graduating from American University with a degree in real estate and urban development. Returning to his roots in New York City in 1993, Dave collaborated with his father, immersing himself in building residential homes and commencing a career spanning three decades. Over this time, Dave exhibited a remarkable knack for identifying, acquiring, enhancing, leasing, and managing a vast array of residential, commercial, and manufacturing properties.

Patrick Pharris

Patrick Pharris leads external affairs and strategy development for PreReal Investments, overseeing media relations, government relations, and key growth initiatives. He also directs the production and distribution of linear and digital media and broadcast coverage for the New Mexico Open at Turtleback Mountain Golf & Resort.

With more than 30 years of experience in economic development, marketing, public relations, sponsorships, Pharris has generated over $150 million in sponsorship revenue and led campaigns that have produced billions of media impressions. His career spans work with major global brands, public sector initiatives, foreign countries, and large-scale destination marketing efforts, bringing a results-driven approach to advancing PreReal’s visibility, partnerships, and long-term growth.

Rob Nixon

Rob Nixon is a results-driven real estate powerhouse and Managing Partner at PreReal Investments, bringing a proven track record of over $500 million in real estate transactions across residential, commercial, land, and development. Known for his strategic mindset, tenacity, and ability to close where others stall, Rob is a force across every asset class he touches — making him an invaluable cornerstone of the PreReal platform. As founder of The Nixon Team, Rob built a high-performance, forward-thinking group delivering client-first results with a “first in, last out” mentality. His expertise spans investment sales, owner-user acquisitions, luxury residential, and large-scale retail repositioning — most notably serving as one of the exclusive brokers handling the sublease and disposition of over 50 dark Walgreens stores throughout the Northeast, one of the largest retail repositioning assignments in the region.
